Customer Engagement Specialist
As a fast-growing fashion brand, we are looking for a passionate and empathetic **Customer Engagement Specialist** to be the voice of our brand, managing our social media presence and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Actively manage and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on our social media platforms, including Instagram, Pinterest, X (Twitter), Facebook, and TikTok. You'll engage with our community, answer questions about our products, and foster a positive brand image.
- Customer Service: Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback. This includes resolving issues, providing product information, processing returns and exchanges, and ensuring every customer has a great experience.
- Customer Support (Daily): Respond to all customer messages and inquiries from **9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Sunday**.
- Phone Support (Weekdays): Manage all incoming customer calls from **9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday**.
- Administrative Tasks: Use spreadsheets to track customer inquiries and feedback, and manage our social media content and responses using tools like Buffer, Planoly, and Canva.
Qualifications
- Experience: Entry-level or 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or social media-related role.
- Skills: Excellent writing and communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a high level of empathy. You must be a clear and effective speaker on phone calls. You should be a fast learner with a knack for multitasking.
- Software Proficiency: Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with social media management and design tools like Buffer, Planoly, or Canva.
- Training: Must have completed a recognized social media management training or certification that covers social media strategy, content planning, and community engagement.
