As a sustainable brand, every Nahota Kanma piece is meticulously made-to-order especially for you. Please allow 7-14 business days for our team to produce your item(s) before they are ready for dispatch.

Production times may vary during peak seasons, and we appreciate your patience.

Domestic Shipping (Within Nigeria)

Shipping Rates

  • Within Lagos:
    • Real-time DHL Express rates are calculated at checkout.
    • We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders above ₦400,000.
  • Outside Lagos:
    • Real-time DHL Express rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.

Delivery Process & Timelines

  • Within Lagos:
    • Delivery Time: Same-day or next-day delivery after the 7-14 day production period is complete.
    • Communication: We will call or WhatsApp you to confirm the final delivery details.
    • Payment: We offer Pay on Delivery for orders within Lagos.
  • Outside Lagos:
    • Delivery Time: Typically 1-3 business days via DHL Express after the 7-14 day production period is complete.

International Shipping

International Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated in real-time at checkout by DHL Express, based on your destination country and order weight.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched (after the 7-14 day production period), international delivery is typically 3-7 business days via DHL Express.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nahota Kanma is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Tracking (All Orders)

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a DHL tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the DHL website.
