Size & Fit Policy

How Our Sizing Works:

1. We do not work with buyers' body measurements - This includes height, bust, waist, hip, or any other personal measurements you provide.
2. Select your size from our standardized size chart - Use our Size Recommender tool to find the best fit based on our pre-determined sizing. Need help choosing? Contact us on WhatsApp for sizing guidance.
   
   
3. Modification requests will not be processed - Any measurements or alteration requests included in your order notes will be ignored. Your garment will be created in the standard size you selected at checkout.

Understanding Made-to-Order vs. Made-to-Measure

Made-to-Order means we create your garment in a standard size from our size chart after you place your order. Made-to-Measure means creating a garment based on individual body measurements. Nahota Kanma operates on a made-to-order basis only.

We Do Not Offer Alteration Services

Alteration services include shortening/lengthening hems, taking in or letting out seams, adjusting sleeve lengths, or any modifications to a finished garment.

⚠️ Important: Do not purchase a garment expecting to return it to us for alterations after use. We are not a tailoring service. All garments are final once worn or used.

Exchanges for Incorrect Sizing

If you purchase a size that doesn't fit and the garment remains unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, you may be eligible for an exchange. Please visit our Returns & Exchange Policy page for complete details and eligibility requirements.

Main Fabric: Organza Seersucker

• Hand wash gently or use the delicate cycle on your machine with cool water (around 30°C).
• Hang to dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
• Iron on medium heat. For best results, place a damp cloth between the iron and the garment to protect the fabric.
• Do not bleach. Use a mild detergent for any stains.
• Handle with care and avoid contact with sharp objects or rough surfaces to prevent snagging.

Each Nahota Kanma piece is mindfully created for you after your order is placed.

Standard Production: Please allow 7-14 business days for your piece to be produced.

Express Production: Need it sooner? You can select our Express Production option on this page to have your piece crafted in just 3-5 business days. This service is available for a fee of 10% of the product's value, which will be added to your total.
